Capacity rule: you can associate any number of WhatsApp numbers with the trunk (1, 2, 3…). Simultaneous calls are sold in blocks of 2, with at least 2 concurrent calls per WhatsApp number (e.g. 3 numbers → minimum 6 concurrent calls; 1 number can request 6, 10, or more as long as the total is a multiple of 2).
